The project separates and relates two different types of activity, the exhibition and the administration.

Breaking the alignment of the Garcia Fària promenade facades, the office body is rotated, seeking for south orientation, and creates a large empty space as a square.

The intersection of the offices block and the exhibition module generates a clear access point to the complex. Besides, there is a strong contrast between the two volumes: while the office block has a strong base that attaches it to the ground, the showroom has a small elevation and it is lighter and transparent.
