After a deep diagnosis of the site, we could deduce the main intentions of the project. Transform two infrastructure nodes, adapting them to the new traffic density. Create and enhance cross-connections: with walkways and bridges for pedestrians, with a tram that crosses the river, and creating commercial uses under the powerful infrastructure. Promote the mix of uses on the ground floor to increase the flow of people between the urban centers. Revitalize the Cervelló creek. Remove the obsolete industry, to give space to the dwellings and cultural buildings. Create large parks attached to residential areas and Llobregat’s agrarian park.
